Marantec Synergy Series Opener Manuals
These Marantec Synergy openers mount on the ceiling with a rail. The manuals we have posted are for the 380, 370, 280, and 270. The same 300 and 200 Series books also cover the 360 and 260. This page also has the M55, Synergy Solo, and Synergy LC. Drive type is belt or chain depending on the kit. These units use the P, +, and − buttons on the motor head to program the first remote. Extra remotes are copied with a 3-prong programming jumper. A 382 Digital remote, 392 keychain, or M13-631 keypad works with these 315 MHz operators. Not every Marantec Synergy model or manual is shown here. We post the manuals we have. Older or uncommon units may not be listed.
Shared features
- Ceiling-mount rail openers for typical residential sectional doors
- DC motor; belt drive or chain drive depending on the rail kit
- No built-in Wi-Fi / myQ on these openers
- LED lighting; Synergy 200 and 300 Series models can add a battery backup. Solo, LC, and M55 cannot
Programming buttons, not a Learn color
Synergy operators do not use a colored LiftMaster-style Learn button. On the motor head you will see P, +, and − plus an LED display. Program the first remote into the opener with those buttons. The opener stores one remote code. Copy that code to extra remotes with the 3-prong programming jumper that ships with a new 382 or 392 remote.
