Marantec M-Line Series Opener Manuals
These Marantec M-Line openers mount on the ceiling with a rail. The manual we have posted covers the M4700 and M4500 (no “e”). These are the earlier M-Line units, before EOS. Later 315 MHz versions use the same 382 Digital, 392 keychain, and M13-631 keypad as EOS and Synergy. Some early M-Line heads used 40 MHz, 390 MHz, or 433 MHz — those remotes are discontinued and need a new receiver kit. Not every Marantec M-Line model or manual is shown here. We post the manuals we have. Older or uncommon units may not be listed.
Shared features
- Ceiling-mount rail openers for typical residential sectional doors
- Belt drive or chain drive depending on the rail kit
- No built-in Wi-Fi / myQ on these openers
- Confirm radio frequency on the head or an existing remote before ordering a 315 MHz control
Programming buttons, not a Learn color
M-Line operators do not use a colored LiftMaster-style Learn button. On 315 MHz heads you will see P, +, and −. Program the first remote into the opener with those buttons. The opener stores one remote code. Copy that code to extra remotes with the 3-prong programming jumper. If your remotes are not 315 MHz, email us before ordering.
