The M3-543 is the wired multi-function wall control (part number 89463). It has three buttons: open/close, light, and vacation lockout. It includes mounting screws and bell wire. It replaces the older M3-503 and the part numbers 65456 and 97334. The printed instructions still say M3-503. That is the same wall control.

Compatibility

This wall station works with all current Marantec openers. Compatible models include Synergy 380, Synergy 370, Synergy 360, Synergy 280, Synergy 270, Synergy 260, Synergy Solo, M55, M50, M4900e, M4700e, M4500e, M4900, M4700, M4500, Q7900, Q7700, Q7500, and Mac-Lift III Deluxe 2005 and Elite 2007. Not every opener is listed.

It wires directly to the opener. The vacation button blocks remote signals while you are away. The wall button still works when the remotes are locked out. If you want a second button without running wires, use the Command 133 wireless wall station instead.
