The 970LM keychain, 971LM 1-button, 972LM, and 973LM 3-button remotes are 390 MHz Security+ remotes. They work with LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Craftsman, and matching Raynor openers that have a red or orange Learn button (about 1997 to 2005). They are the same radios as Raynor 970RGD, 971RGD, 972RGD, and 973RGD. The 973LM is discontinued. Current replacements include the L993M and 893MAX. The download below is the instruction PDF.

Compatibility

Compatible LiftMaster and Chamberlain operators: 390 MHz Security+ openers with a red or orange Learn button, about 1997 to 2005. Also used with receivers 335LM, 535LM, 635LM, and 412HM.

Same as: Raynor 970RGD, 971RGD, 972RGD, and 973RGD.

Compatible Raynor opener models: Aviator (1280RGD, 2280RGD), Commander (2220RGD), Navigator (1245RGD, 2245RGD), Pilot (1265RGD, 2265RGD), and Ultra (2595RGD).

Not every compatible opener or replacement remote is listed here. A current 3-button replacement for red / orange Learn openers is the L993M or the 893MAX.
