811LMX / 813LMX LiftMaster Commercial Remotes

The 811LMX (1-button) and 813LMX (3-button) are LiftMaster commercial DIP remotes. They are for gated communities, commercial doors, and Security+ 2.0 gate operators used with an 850LM or 860LM receiver. They are not for residential garage door openers. The 813LMX can be set as Open / Close / Stop on an 850LM. The download below is the instruction PDF.

Compatibility

LiftMaster 811LMX remote — LiftMaster 811LMX

LiftMaster 813LMX remote — LiftMaster 813LMX

Compatible equipment: LiftMaster 850LM and 860LM universal radio receivers, and LiftMaster commercial / Security+ 2.0 gate operators that use those receivers. The 811LMX programs as Security+ 2.0 Encrypted DIP (default), 315 MHz DIP, or 390 MHz DIP. The 813LMX uses dual 12-position DIP coding (up to 4,096 codes) on 310 / 315 / 390 MHz.

Replaces: 811LM (use 811LMX) and 813LM (use 813LMX). The 811LMX can also clone older 61LM (390 MHz) and 361LM (315 MHz) DIP remotes.

Not compatible with: residential garage door openers. These remotes do not program to a colored Learn button on a home opener.
